It wasn’t long until we realized that most general advertising agencies have a pathological terror of accountability and measurable results; and the upshot we came to realize is that good concepts alone weren’t sufficient in supporting a business case.
So we went about a reinvention process. A process that got lucky with hiring the skill sets that embraced metrics:a process that took risks via acquisitions and newcos; a process that has broadened with new partners and alliances composed of honest compliments. So, this evolving process maturated into C² and it is still developing.
